WKU Apartments
The WKU Apartments offer premiere, fully furnished one, two, and four-bedroom options for students for upperclassmen and graduate students looking for an apartment-style living option on campus.
Two apartment complexes are available to students - The Kentucky Street Apartments and Campus Flats Apartments
Scholarships and financial aid can be applied!
Students currently living on campus can select an available WKU Apartment through the Housing Renewal Process.
Students who do not currently live on campus who would like to apply for a WKU Apartment should contact the Housing & Residence Life office at (270)745-3143 or hrl@wku.edu.
- Full-time and approved part-time students
- Graduate students
- Undergraduate students with over 60 earned credit hours at the time of lease start
- Students who are married or have dependent children

11-month lease ends June 30

6-month lease for residents moving in January 1st

If you renew, your second lease term is 12-months, starting July 1 through June 30

Apartment rent will be applied to your student account. Scholarships and financial aid can be applied
