The WKU Campus Flats Apartments offer premier 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom options for upperclassmen and graduate students on campus.
Conveniently located at 1909 Creason Street, near the WKU Soccer Complex and softball field, students are a short walk away from campus. A WKU bus stop is available at the apartments.
Scholarships and financial aid can be applied.

- Students who are married or have dependent children
- 11-month lease ends June 30
- 6-month lease for residents moving in January 1
- If you renew, your second lease term is 12-months, starting July 1 through June 30
- Apartment rent will be applied to your student account. Scholarships and financial aid can be applied
Students currently living on campus can select an available apartment through the WKU Housing Portal during the Housing Renewal process.
