Cancelation Policy

Written notice of cancelation must be made to the Department of Housing & Residence Life in order to avoid housing charges.

Cancelations must be received by the Monday of the first day of classes.

A resident who does not check into the assigned room by midnight of the first day of classes will be considered a "no show," and be canceled immediately. A late cancelation charge of $150 will be assessed to students who are no shows.

All full-time undergraduate students are required to live on campus for two years.

If you will remain a WKU student, review the Required Housing Policy prior to cancelation.
