Title IX: Sexual and Gender Discrimination - Response and Prevention

WKU’s Title IX investigation team shares the responsibility of ensuring students, employees, and visitors feel they have a safe haven at our University by understanding how serious we (WKU) view sexual harassment, sexual assault, and discrimination based on gender and gender non-conformity. 


What is Title IX:
