Summer residents should go to the front desk of their fall residence hall assignment to complete the check-in process and receive their key. Once all belongings are moved, residents should complete the check out process at Rodes Harlin and return their key.

Students can either move off campus or into a fall room assignment.

All summer students moving into a fall assignment will be billed for intersession housing through August 22, 2019 at a cost of $140, or $175 for Hilltopper Hall.

Students participating in Sorority Recruitment must sign up for a move-in timeslot through the online Housing Portal. MASTER Plan registration is required to access the timeslots.
