Enhance your WKU experience by joining the Housing & Residence Life staff! Students who work for HRL have opportunities to meet new people, build community, and gain valuable work and life experience.

Desk Assistant

WKU Desk Assistants provide customer service at the residence hall front desks.

Resident Assistant

Resident Assistants build community and connect students to resources on campus and in the residence halls.

Community Advisor

Community Advisors supervise RAs and work on a specialized area within the hall such as programming, hall occupancy, hall council or desk operations.

Summer Staff

HRL Summer Staff host guests from summer conferences and operate the summer residence hall. A variety of positions are available.
