Parking and Transportation Services has launched a new customer service curb-side check-in process.   Check-in will be required for any customer who wants to come into the office.  You may register prior to arrival or once you get to the office. 

• Register at wku.edu/ptscheckin. 
• Check-In
• After you arrive, select “I’m Here.”
• Wait in your car until you receive the “Come In” message.

For the safety of everyone, there is a virtual wait line and a limit of two customers in the lobby.  Masks will be required for anyone entering the building.
