WKU hosts HACCP Workshop for Food Industry Professionals

On June 13 and 14, Continuing & Professional Development hosted its first Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) Workshop in partnership with WKU Ogden College of Science & Engineering.
HACCP is a system of inventory and quality control used by food manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and others to protect public health and ensure regulatory compliance.
CPD was proud to host the instructor, Dr. John Khouryieh, and these food industry professionals! The workshop participants are now listed on the International HACCP Alliance registry- an important credential for those in the industry.
