Honors Social Planning Board Members

Howdy! My name is Taylor Carrico and I’m so excited to be an HonorsTopper this year! I’m currently going into my third year here at WKU, so I’ll be graduating in 2024. I’m majoring in Criminology with a minor in Photojournalism.

Some fun information about me is that I grew up in Lexington, Ky where I spent my time participating in the tech crew of the theater department of Lexington Catholic High School. Currently, I spend all my free time on basically any outdoor activity I can find such as hiking, camping, biking, rock climbing, backpacking etc. Here at WKU I am also involved in Honors Social Planning board and H4 as a direction leader. I love attending any Honors event that I can!

I am honored to be a part of student's journeys into the Mahurin Honors college and can’t wait to get to know each and everyone of you! GO TOPS!!

Hey everyone! As you can see above, my name is Taylor Carrico. Along with being in the HSPB, I am an HonorsTopper, and am a Direction Leader for H4! Some hobbies of mine are participating in ORAC events such as backpacking and hiking, playing games such as mafia, and spending time with my friends.

I joined HSPB because I want to be able to contribute to the planning of great events like the ones I went to during my freshman and sophomore years. Some advice I have for any students: come to events!! They are always super fun and you never know who you might meet. I am so excited to be a part of this amazing team!
