Psychological Wellness Programs

Free Recovery Support Group for current WKU students struggling with anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues. This is an opportunity for folks to support, connect with, and encourage other students struggling with mental health issues and is led by two NAMI certified facilitators.

The group is sponsored by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)-Bowling Green Chapter. This is a supplemental mechanism of peer support for students who are struggling. No formal mental health diagnosis is required to attend.
