Did you know that taking steps to become a healthier, more well you will help you become a better, more successful you!? Students who get adequate sleep, exercise regularly, practice healthy eating habits, cultivate healthy social habits, and engage in campus programs tend to graduate sooner, do better in school and have a higher quality of life. WellU® is a program that is designed to help all students connect with programs and services that promote healthy habits, and success in the classroom and life.
There are a multitude of programs and services available to you... begin your road to success and get involved! The more involved you become, the greater your chances of winning a prize or earning a scholarship. We will be awarding $15,000 in scholarships this year.
From your personal WellU® page can view the events you have participated in and manage your profile. Additionally if you have had your body weight, body fat% and body mass index (BMI) measured at the Health & Fitness Lab (a free service) you will be able to view your measurement history and track your changes.
