Intellectual wellness encourages the mind to be creative and critically think as well as motivate oneself to master new skills. An intellectually well person uses the resources available to expand one’s knowledge, improve one’s skills, and create potential for sharing with others.

  2. Take advantage of The Learning Center
  3. Attend an  Academic Advantage Series Workshops
  4. Take elective courses where you will learn something new and challenge your skills
  5. Join a Student Organization ( SGA, Leadership & Volunteerism)
