Description:
Push Up Challenge
Date: September 1st - 30th
Location: Fitness Center in the Preston Center
Rules:
- Do as many push ups as you can in a one minute time frame throughout the month of September.
- Make sure a FC attendant records your attempt on the MOM board and places your name in the raffle.
- You can only participate once per day and you must complete the challenge twice to receive WellU® credit.
- The male winner who has cumulated the most push ups will receive a WKU mini basketball. The female winner who has cumulated the most push ups will receive a WKU Skyline water bottle. The raffle winner will receive a WKU umbrella.
