Rachel (Turner) Roberts graduated from WKU in 2018 with a BA in Mathematics and a minor in Applied Statistics. She then earned a MS in Analytics from the Institute of Advanced Analytics at North Carolina State University in 2019 where she had the opportunity to work with Deloitte on a real-world data practicum project analyzing the opium epidemic. From there she’s held positions at Lowe’s, analyzing customer data and leading the Pro Paint Rebate program, and Mars Petcare, helping establish the Enterprise Analytics team and developing a suite of reports supporting the Innovation team. She now works at Humana as a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer designing and building dashboards to support the Marketing Department.
