Sodexo Scholarship

Sodexo offers a WKU scholarship for employees and employee dependents. Sodexo also offers tuition reimbursement in some circumstances. To apply for the Sodexo Scholarship, fill out the general scholarship application on TOPDollar.

Sodexo 401K and Retirement

Sodexo offers a 401k for full-time employees. After 6 months of employment, employees are automatically enrolled contributing 1% of their salary. Sodexo with match $.50 of every dollar you save up to 6%. Learn more about your 401k or check your 401k contribution.

FMLA stands for the Family and Medical Leave Act. This act entitles eligible employees of covered employers to take unpaid, job-protected leave for specified family and medical reasons. FMLA is for employees who are experiencing a family or medical crisis.

Sodexo offers a $100.00 Referral Bonus when you recommend a friend/family member and they work a minimum of 90 days!

Ask the friend to include your name in the application then fill out the Referral Bonus Form and turn it in to Human Resources
