Stress and Time Management


Stress is a feeling college students know all too well. HEP is here to help WKU students manage their time and stress levels in a healthy and effective manner in order to ensure student success, even after they graduate! Approaching stress and time management from a wellness perspective will give students the tools they need to accomplish their goals without jeopardizing their health.

 

By the end of this presentation, the following objectives will be met:

  • Students will be able to differentiate between stress and chronic stress.

  • Students will understand how chronic stress negatively affects health. 

  • Students will be able to write out a plan to stay organized and set priorities.

  • Students will challenge myths surrounding alcohol and drugs and stress management.

  • Students will be able to effectively apply methods to manage stress in their everyday lives.
