Instructional Fitness Programs


The Health & Fitness Lab offers a diverse group of specialized instructional courses throughout the year. If you would like to become a fitness professional, we offer workshops in group exercise and personal training to get you on your way. Periodically, we host national certification workshops such as YogaFit or Zumba. We also put on special events, competitions and fitness programs like Group Functional Training to keep you in great shape. Functional BootCamp:

This group has 2 scheduled workouts a week, dedicated to improving all of the components of health fitness. Improve your total body fitness through exercises that use all of your muscles while performing movements essential to everyday life. Improve your quality of life, athletic performance, or just to blow off stress in a team environment.

Fall 2025 Functional will run from October 13th - November 21st. It will be $60 for 17 classes. 

 

Women & Weights:

This group has 2 scheduled workouts a week, dedicated to educate and inspire confidence to our female students in our fitness facility. Gain knowledge of form, exercises, as well as programming your own workouts!
