The Health & Fitness Lab offers a diverse group of specialized instructional courses throughout the year. If you would like to become a fitness professional, we offer workshops in group exercise and personal training to get you on your way. Periodically, we host national certification workshops such as YogaFit or Zumba. We also put on special events, competitions and fitness programs like Group Functional Training to keep you in great shape. Please reach out to our office if you want more information about any of these programs at (270)745-6531.
