Steps to Login to Preston's Membership Software

As of January 2026, Campus Recreation & Wellness is moving software systems. Please read below for instructions on logging into the system (links coming January 2nd).  

 

For Current WKU Faculty, Staff and Students: 

1. Go to

2. Choose "University Account" 

3. Login with your wku account

 

For current Preston Members (Retirees, Alumni, Recent Graduates, Buddy Members):

1. Go to

2. Choose "Local Account"

3. Login using the email address you gave CRW (you CANNOT use an @wku or @topper email) 

 

For new Preston Members: 

1. Go to

2. Choose "Local Account"

3. Create an account with your email address
