The Plank Challenge will last all the way until the end of January. This challenge will test your core and abdominal stability. Let's see who has what it takes to hold it the longest! You can try as many times as you want in the months of December and January. Build up that core and have fun competing with others!
Male and Female winners will receive a $15 gift card and there will be three raffle prize winners, each winning $10 gift cards.
Notify fitness center staff before you start the competition, they will record your time for you.
Perform CORRECT Plank position for as long as you can.
Make sure you breathe while performing a plank!
The competition can be completed as many times as you want during December but you can only participate once a day.
