The University of Northern Iowa is hosting its 7th invitational ice climbing competition and WKU is invited! Located outside Cedar Falls, Iowa, the climbing site features 80 feet of world class ice. We will spend Saturday morning warming up on the ice and then contend in the competition against various students from all across the United States on Saturday evening. On Sunday morning, we will crank on some rock at the UNI indoor climbing wall. Interested individuals should contact ORAC fast as there are a limited amount of entries in the competition. No ice climbing experience is necessary, only a good attitude and willingness to try something new.
