Want perfect abs? Then we have the Ab routine for you! Perfect Abs! Perfect Abs will last till the end of May. Our challenge to you will be to complete as many rounds of Bicycle Crunch, Leg Raises, and Side Planks as you can until May 31. Whoever completes the most rounds through the month will be the winner, one male and one female. You can participate as many times as you want. Good luck!
Male and Female winners will receive a $15 gift card and there will be three raffle prize winners, each winning $10 gift cards.
The male and female who complete the most rounds will be the winner.
Complete as many rounds once per day.
1 round=10 reps of Leg Raises on Captain’s Chair, 10 second hold each side of Side Plank, and 10 reps each side of Bicycle Crunch
30 seconds max rest time between rounds
Notify fitness center staff before you start the competition.
The staff member must witness the challenge.
Once you complete the “Perfect Abs” challenge, a staff member will record the number of rounds completed on the Muscle of the Month Board.
