Muscle of the Month: PERFECT ABS

  • Location: Fitness Center
  • Time: All Day

PERFECT ABS (May 1-May 31)

Want perfect abs? Then we have the Ab routine for you! Perfect Abs!  Perfect Abs will last till the end of May.  Our challenge to you will be to complete as many rounds of Bicycle Crunch, Leg Raises, and Side Planks as you can until May 31.  Whoever completes the most rounds through the month will be the winner, one male and one female.  You can participate as many times as you want. Good luck!

Male and Female winners will receive a $15 gift card and there will be three raffle prize winners, each winning $10 gift cards. 

Directions:

  • The male and female who complete the most rounds will be the winner.
  • Complete as many rounds once per day.
  • 1 round=10 reps of Leg Raises on Captain’s Chair, 10 second hold each side of Side Plank, and 10 reps each side of Bicycle Crunch
  • 30 seconds max rest time between rounds
  • Notify fitness center staff before you start the competition.
  • The staff member must witness the challenge.
  • Once you complete the “Perfect Abs” challenge, a staff member will record the number of rounds completed on the Muscle of the Month Board.

Muscle of the Month: THE BUCKET CHALLENGE

  • Location: Fitness Center
  • Time: All Day

Bucket Challenge (June 1-June 30)

Welcome to the June muscle of the month, The Bucket Challenge! The Bucket Challenge is a competition to see who can hold a lateral raise for the longest amount of time. Do you have what it takes? You can participate as many times as you want through the month of June. See the Muscle of the Month board in the fitness center for more details!

Male and Female winners will receive a $15 gift card and there will be three raffle prize winners, each winning $10 gift cards. 

Directions:

  • Notify fitness center staff before you start the competition.
  • Hold the lateral raise for as long as you can.
  • Once your shoulders are worn out, the fitness center attendant will record the time on the MOM board.
