The following expectations will be included for all full-time faculty hires.

  • Advising: Graduate and Undergraduate consistent with Department practices;
  • Office Hours: Pursuant to college formula determining equivalency to fulfill duties and responsibilities;
  • College and department service expectations as defined by the Department of Psychology Tenure and Promotion Guidelines.

Additional conditions of your appointment.

The following conditions will be included for all full-time faculty hires.

  • WKU Foundation College/Programmatic support for reimbursement of up to $1000 for regalia purchased by the employee to be worn at graduation, commencement, and inaugural events. Purchase approval and related receipt required for reimbursement.
