- Location: GRH - GRH 1074GRH - GRH 1074
Description: In this lecture, Dr. Arbour presupposes what he hopes is obvious to everyone, namely, that sexual assault is both morally evil and, in our society, rightly deemed a heinous crime. With this obvious truth in view, he describes three different approaches taken towards human sexuality by different persons in different cultures. Dr. Arbour argues that the best way to justify the view that sexual assault is morally evil requires that we not treat sex as casually as contemporary American culture usually does.
