Frequently Asked Questions

The Office is located at 503 Regents Avenue, adjacent to Gary Ransdell Hall. If you have difficulties finding our office, please call 270-745-2508. 

The Office and Food Pantry maintain office hours throughout the academic year, as well as during the summer months.

However, the office is  closed from August 2-20 to prepare the food pantry for the fall term. A limited number of food pantry appointments are available.

Yes! No proof of need is necessary. The only requirement for use of the pantry is the completion of a confidential, digital form.

The Office offers short-term parking (~20 minutes) for visitors to utilize the food pantry and drop off donations. 

Thank you for considering donating to the food pantry! We have created a Preferred Donations List for assistance. The Office has also set up a fund for Monetary Gifting

We are currently in the process of renovating the fruit and vegetable garden, as well as constructing a new sensory and herb garden. If you are interested in landscape design, sustainable agriculture or construction, this might be a project for you!

The Office houses multiple programs and relies on volunteer support. Students can do anything from sorting donations to organizing a food drive to support the food pantry. Students interested in gardening may volunteer in the Garden Commons. No experience is necessary! Our office is here to help with provided tools. If you have another idea for a volunteer opportunity, contact our staff.
