Emerging student choreographers in the Dance Program present their original works in this informal showcase. A variety of dance genres and inspirations are explored in innovative ways. This concert is hosted by the Choreography I course in addition to other student choreography project and featured work by the Visual Media for Dance course. This informal concert gives our students an opportunity to see their work come to life onstage!

Tickets: $5

Tickets are available for purchase on wku.showare.com until 3:30 PM CST. After that, tickets at the door are CASH ONLY.

o Special end-of-the year concert featuring a side-by-side performance of music from the Romeo and Juliet ballet by the WKU Symphony and the Bowling Green Youth Orchestra. Also, special guests are the WKU choirs and SOKY chorale (see poster for the correct names!) for the Faure Requiem – Dr. Paul Hondorp, conducting. The concert includes Debussy’s masterwork La Mer, which is a series of three musical impressionistic paintings of the ocean.
