Each Saturday, instead of standard admission prices guests will make a donation of admission--- at whatever amount. By eliminating cost barriers, it is our hope that more people can visit the Museum*. The Museum houses six major permanent exhibits and several changing exhibits. Visitor parking is available.

*Please remember the Museum is always free to all WKU faculty, staff and students with a WKU ID. Pay as You Will Saturdays does not apply to scheduled docent guided tour groups.

Kentucky Crafted: The Market is a program of the Kentucky Arts Council, held annually every spring. The Market features Kentucky visual and craft artists who sell and exhibit their work.

The  Folk and Traditional Arts program coordinates a Hands-On Activities Area which features children’s activities where they can learn about the cultural heritage of Kentucky! In the past, WKU Folk Studies Graduate Students have made the journey to help coordinate and manage the area, working with both our Folklore & Education Class and Traditional Artists. This year the The Market will be held at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville. Students will be attending March 3-4. There will be a planning meeting before we head up to Louisville for this event

Check the Kentucky Arts Council website for more Info!
