Environmental and Occupational Health Graduate Student Interns with the National Institutes of Health

This summer and through the fall, Kelsey Bullock, a graduate student in the Master of Science in Environmental and Occupational Health Science, will intern with the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
NIH is the nation’s federal medical research agency located in Bathesda, Maryland. Kelsey obtained this internship as part of the Federal Pathways program, which provides opportunities to students and resent graduates to gain experience working for federal agencies.
Kelsey is working in the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute in the Division of Lung Diseases as part of the scientific support staff. She has worked on several projects this summer, including a portfolio analysis of the division’s grants which was presented at the NIH Summer Student Poster Event on July 29, 2016. Kelsey has completed her degree, and will continue to work in the Division of Lung Diseases this fall. Congratulations on a job well done.
