Banner Forms Account

If you need help with your Banner Forms account userid or password, you must call Jennifer Robbins at (270) 745-8812 or Mary Nunn at (270) 745-4196 for account information & requirements. For security reasons, there is no self help available for this application.

Banner accounts are only created for individuals that need Banner for their position and after they have attended a training session.  For Banner Finance training, WKU employees must contact Mary Nunn at (270) 745-4196 to schedule a training session and supply needed information. For other Banner areas, contact Jennifer Robbins at (270) 745-8812 to schedule a training session.
