Monday, November 28th
All Day
  • Location: Fitness Center
  • Time: All Day

DIP CHALLENGE (Nov 1st – Nov 30th)

This challenge will test your upper body strength and endurance. Try to complete as many dips in a row without stopping. The winner will be the person who completes the most dips in November! Test your ultimate strength and ability with our Dip Challenge!!

Male and Female winners will receive a $15 gift card and there will be three raffle prize winners, each winning $10 gift cards. 

Directions:
Notify fitness center staff before you start the competition.
Males - perform full body weight dips.

Females - perform dips with half of their body weight.
Follow the fitness center attendant to the assisted dip machine and he/she will count your dips.

The competition can be completed as many times as you want during November but you can only participate once a day.  

Thursday, December 1st

  • Location: Fitness Center
  • Time: All Day

Plank Challenge (December 2011-January 2012)

The Plank Challenge will last all the way until the end of January. This challenge will test your core and abdominal stability. Let's see who has what it takes to hold it the longest! You can try as many times as you want in the months of December and January. Build up that core and have fun competing with others!

Male and Female winners will receive a $15 gift card and there will be three raffle prize winners, each winning $10 gift cards. 

Directions:

  • Notify fitness center staff before you start the competition, they will record your time for you.
  • Perform CORRECT Plank position for as long as you can.
  • Make sure you breathe while performing a plank!  

The competition can be completed as many times as you want during December but you can only participate once a day.
