- Participants will learn five major principles which summarize Choice Theory.
- Participants will become familiar with the two major components of Reality Therapy.
- Participants will be able to identify at least four techniques associated with the practice of Reality Therapy.
- Participants will understand how and why Reality Therapy is different from other methods of counseling.
