MS HSS Cybersecurity courses
Students who are enrolled in the Cybersecurity concentration are required to take the core MS HSS graduate-level courses (12 credit hours total) and 18 credit hours of graduate courses specifically designed for students who are enrolled in the Cybersecurity concentration:
- CIT 552: Cybersecurity Fundamentals (3 credit hours)
- CIT 554: Operating Systems for Cybersecurity (3 credit hours)
- CIT 556: Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing (3 credit hours)
- CIT 558: Cybersecurity Defense & Countermeasures (3 credit hours)
- CIT 560: Incident Response & Digital Forensics (3 credit hours)
- CIT 562: Developing Cybersecurity Programs and Policies (3 credit hours)
Depending upon available teaching resources, we may substitute other, related Cybersecurity courses for these electives.
