WKU campuses in Elizabethtown-Fort Knox and Glasgow will be CLOSED Wednesday, January 17. The Bowling Green and Owensboro campuses will operate on normal schedule. Please use best judgement based on your conditions. If you feel it is unsafe to travel to campus, contact your supervisor or instructor. While grounds crews have cleared a major portion of campus, low temperatures tonight will cause refreezing and the potential for black ice. #WKUALERT
Guest Dr. Cassandre Falke, with Dr. Davies and Dr. Knoll, will have an informal three-way converstaion about the work listed and its importance for literary study. Additional participants are welcome. It is a bring-your-own lunch affair.
Dr. Falke will speak about her recent book "The Phenomenology of Love and Reading." This is a rare and timely opportunity to hear from a visiting scholar-critic on close reading from a phenomenological perspective.
We welcome everyone's attendance and participation as our guests from KirkpatrickPrice, a local information security audit firm, provide advice about how to navigate the space between being a student and being a gainfully employed English graduates.
