The Office of Study Abroad & Global Learning (SAGL) at WKU will host the 2019 Study Abroad Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday (Sept. 11) on the first floor of the Mahurin Honors College and International Center.
Information will be available on a variety of study abroad options including short-term, summer and semester programs. Learn about programs offered by WKU faculty, the Cooperative Center for Study Abroad (CCSA), the Kentucky Institute for International Studies (KIIS), the National Student Exchange, Harlaxton College, WKU Exchanges and other partner programs. Students can speak to faculty, WKU study abroad alumni and other representatives about study abroad, international research or service-learning, and also opportunities to study around the USA. Students are eligible to participate in WKU faculty-led study abroad/USA programs if they are in good standing with the university and maintain a cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of 2.0 or higher.
This event is open to all current and prospective WKU students. All students who attend the fair can enter a drawing to win a $250 or $500 scholarship toward a future study abroad program. Study Abroad & Global Learning will be giving away free T-shirts to the first 300 students.
