If you are having trouble getting the chat client to run, we recommend calling the IT Helpdesk at 270-745-7000 or using the Service Catalog.

We recommend using chat for requests such as:

  • Configuring email settings and Outlook tips
  • Password resets
  • Account requests
  • Subscribing/unsubscribing from mailing lists

Not all requests can be effectively addressed via chat and may result in a ticket creation for the IT Helpdesk team to contact you via phone or remote assistance.
