IT Helpdesk

The IT Helpdesk serves as the initial point of contact for technology support. Assistance is available in a variety of ways:

An IT Helpdesk consultant will work to resolve your issue directly when possible; however, it may be necessary to escalate to the appropriate area within IT for further troubleshooting or resolution. The consultant will gather information needed to answer your question or diagnose the reported issue.

The IT Helpdesk is staffed during university business hours, nights, and weekends to provide support for the campus community's wide range of technology needs.
