Employee Wellness Portal
Welcome to WKU's Employee Wellness Program! We're gearing up for a new program year so this page is getting some updates! Come back October 1st!
This page is designed to facilitate employee access to a secure third-party portal (CafeWell) using single-sign-on technology. The portal is provided by WKU’s vendor-partner for wellness services, HealthFitness.
Note: Effective October 1, 2019, HealthFitness launched a new portal and all participants are required to complete a registration on initial access.
Your "ID Card" is as follows:
- Employee = WKU ID (9 Digit 800#). Ex. 800456789
- Cross Reference Secondary Employee* = Primary Employee WKU ID + S + Secondary Employee DOB (mmddyyyy) Ex. 800456789S11201980
- Spouse/Partner* = Employee WKU ID + S + Spouse DOB. Ex. 800456789S11201980.
*After registration, cross-reference secondary employees and spouses/partners will use the Username and Password created when registering to access their account.

New Hires generally will have access the wellness portal 1-2 weeks after benefit elections are completed and approved in the Employee Benefits Portal.
