C.L.I.M.B. Higher: Equipping Supervisors For Success


C.L.I.M.B. Higher: Equipping Supervisors for Success is an on-going initiative designed to provide supervisors with the tools and training needed to Coach, Lead, Inspire, Manage, and Build effective teams. The sessions will focus on interpersonal skills, as well as policy and procedure.

The following training is open to all employees who may be involved in these processes or who wish to gain a better understanding of staff onboarding and probationary period expectations.

 

The First 90 Days: Staff Onboarding Guidelines and the Probationary Period Policy

This training will provide an overview of the Staff Onboarding Guidelines and the Probationary Period Policy applicable to staff employees. It will cover the staff onboarding process through the first 90 days of employment, as well as probationary period processes and expectations. Shared responsibilities among employees, supervisors, and Human Resources will be highlighted.
