- Fields Old Testament/Hebrew Scriptures
I have been teaching religious studies courses at Western Kentucky University since 2015. I have a bachelor's degree in English literature and religious studies and a master's degree in religious studies from Western Kentucky University. My current research is focused on interpretations of apocalyptic literature in early American history, particularly on their relationship to religious violence and influence on the American Revolution. In addition to my research interests in biblical studies and religious violence, I also enjoy pedagogical research and incorporate active learning techniques in my classes.
