WKU Communications & Marketing recognized at annual Markie Awards

WKU Communications & Marketing was recognized with five awards at the 24th Annual Markie Awards at The Mint Gaming Hall on Tuesday (November 19).
The Markie Awards were created by the Bowling Green chapter of the American Marketing Association to recognize work produced by marketing professionals in the Bowling Green area. Awards were judged by out-of-town marketing professionals and evaluated based on creativity and effectiveness derived from the project’s marketing objective, target audience and results.
WKU Communications & Marketing won awards in the following categories:
- Gold Award – Logos/Branding – Student Scholar Showcase – Social Media Toolkit
- Gold Award – Newsletter, Magazine, Booklet or E-Newsletter – WKU Mahurin Honors College Viewbook
- Gold Award – Commercial/Video :30 or less – Women’s History Month 2024
- Silver Award – Specialty or Promotional Item(s) – President’s Holiday Card
- Bronze Award – Newsletter, Magazine, Booklet or E-Newsletter – 2023 President’s Report
