Elementary and middle school general education teachers as well as specialists will learn about and plan to make differentiation a routine classroom practice. Educators will bring an instructional unit of their choosing to adapt into a unit with tiered instruction to match learning experiences to student readiness based on preassessment data. Participants will receive a copy of Strategies for Differentiating Instructionby Julia L.Roberts and Tracy F. Inman.
