Winter Session registration begins

Registration availability will vary by length of session:

• 3-Week Session: Oct 12 – Dec 15
• 5-Week Session: Oct 12 – Dec 16
• 2-Week Session: Oct 12 – Jan 5

Tuition and fees are due for students who registered through December 7.

3-Week Session: Classes begin. Students registering on this date will be subject to a late registration penalty of $50.  

5-Week Session: Classes begin. Students registering on this date will be subject to a late registration penalty of $50.  

3-Week Session: Last day to add a class. Last day to drop a class without a grade. Last day to change a class from audit to credit. Last day to receive 100% refund. 

Students who register will receive bills via email beginning on December 10. Fees are due by January 6.

3-Week Session: A $50 Schedule Change Fee will be assessed for course withdrawal or changing from credit to audit at this time. Last day to receive a 50% refund for a class.

5-Week Session: Last day to add a class. Last day to drop a class without a grade. Last day to change a class from audit to credit. Last day to receive 100% refund for a class.

3-Week Session: Final Examinations.

2-Week Session: Classes begin. Students registering on this date will be subject to a late registration penalty of $50.

2-Week Session: Last day to add a class. Last day to drop a class without a grade. Last day to change a class from audit to credit. Last day to receive 100% refund for a class.

3-Week Session: Final grades due at noon.

Tuition and fees deadline for students who registered December 9 through January 5 and balance due for students who have not paid fees in full (including late payment fees).

Last day to opt-out of Big Red Backpack and last day to charge WKU Store purchases to university bill.

2-Week Session: 60% point of the 2-Week Session

2-Week Session: Last day to withdraw. Last day to change from credit to audit. Last day to submit form for Pass/Fail Grading Option.
