In recognition of National Child Abuse Prevention Month, the LifeSkills Center for Child Welfare Education and Research at WKU will host the 2026 Child Welfare Expo on April 2, 2026, from 5:00–7:30 PM CST at the WKU Knicely Conference Center.

The funding will allow SC KY AHEC to deepen its impact in the region by increasing access to healthcare education and career exploration opportunities for students in the surrounding communities.
