Anthropology Faculty Publishes in Anthropology News

Dr. Ashley Stinnett, Assistant Professor in the Department of Folk Studies and Anthropology, contributed a piece to Anthropology News "What's In Your Bag, Anthropologists?" series. Her contribution was based on her RCAP funded (Research and Creative Activities Program) summer research in Amsterdam, where she was studying how people living in Holland are experiencing meat production and consumption.
