Proposed Rules from US Department of HHS for Child Care

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is proposing new rules for programs funded through the Child Care and Development Fund to improve the safety and quality of child care. The Office of Child Care wants to make sure that providers know about the new rules and submit comments on the proposed changes. The period for comment is open until August 5, 2013.
