On Wednesday, October 28th, Dr. Jessi Thomsen will present her research at the annual Genderations Lecture. Her talk, titled, “Small Is All: Fractal Patterns of Feminisms and Rhetorics,” will consider how our collective engagement in feminist rhetorical actions can scale up to big changes.
Dr. Jessi Thomsen is Assistant Professor English in the Professional Writing Program at WKU. As a teacher-scholar-mentor, she is curious about the entanglements of rhetoric and writing with our more-than-human world.
The event is hosted by the Gender and Women’s Studies Program and sponsored by the Gail Martin Faculty Development and Lecture Fund. It will take place in the Honor College Multipurpose Room (HCIC 1011) at 4:00 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided.
