Dear WKU Benefits-Eligible Employees,
We're excited to announce that, starting January 1, 2027, WKU will be partnering with SmithRx as our new pharmacy benefit manager, replacing Express Scripts. This change is designed to help further control the cost of your pharmacy benefits while continuing to provide you with the coverage and support you rely on.
