Nominations are now being accepted for the 2026–2027 WKU Faculty Awards,

recognizing the contributions of full-time and part-time faculty across the University. 

Faculty Award Categories

University Libraries may select up to two full-time faculty awardees:

Research/Creativity

Service

College of Education and Behavioral Sciences

College of Health and Human Services

Gordon Ford College of Business

Ogden College of Science and Engineering

Potter College of Arts & Letters

Each college may select up to four full-time faculty awardees, one in each of the following categories:

Teaching

Research/Creativity

Service

Student Advisement

Each college may also select one part-time faculty award recipient.

Each nomination must recognize one individual faculty member. Joint or team nominations will not be accepted.

Please note when submitting a nomination, be sure to select the award category that best aligns with the faculty member’s eligibility and contributions. Nominations submitted in a category for which the faculty member does not meet the criteria will be considered invalid and cannot move forward for consideration.

Thursday, October 1, 2026
