2026 Homecoming celebration set for Nov. 12-14

WKU Homecoming 2026 is set for Nov. 12 – 14 with the theme “Big Red’s World Tour.” Homecoming is presented by the WKU Alumni Association, in partnership with the WKU Department of Student Activities and WKU Athletics. Alumni, friends and fans are invited to join a fun-filled weekend of WKU Spirit, campus events and an unforgettable community celebration.
On Thursday, Nov. 12, celebrate the Hilltopper Excellence Awards. This signature event honors the outstanding achievements of WKU alumni and benefactors, including the induction of the newest class of the Hall of Distinguished Alumni.
The world tour continues Friday, Nov. 13 with Junior Achievement Chili, Cheese and Community Celebration at SKyPAC. Stick around downtown Bowling Green or explore campus until the Homecoming Parade & Pep Rally. Festive floats and family fun will set the scene before unleashing the Hilltopper Spirit at Big Red’s Roar.
Saturday, Nov. 14 brings a day of WKU traditions, tailgating and campus celebrations. WKU family, alumni and friends are invited to reconnect, make new memories and gear up for the weekend’s highlight – the Homecoming Football Game against Jacksonville State at 2:30 p.m. at Houchens Industries-L.T. Smith Stadium.
