Accounting Graduate Receives Jefferson Outstanding Graduating Senior Award

BOWLING GREEN, KY. — Western Kentucky University Alumna Kyndra Winters of Princeton, Kentucky, has been named the recipient of the Jefferson Outstanding Graduating Senior Award.
Winters graduated in December with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. During her time on the Hill, Winters served as Vice President of Finance, Bid Day Chair, and Finance Specialist for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. She was also an active member of Women in Business and WKU Dance Big Red!
“I am honored to have received this award and to conclude my college career on such a meaningful note,” said Winters. “WKU has played a significant role in shaping who I am, and I am so grateful for my family, friends, and mentors whose support made this achievement possible.”
Following graduation, Winters accepted a position as a Tax Associate with Forvis Mazars, where she has begun her professional career in public accounting.
The Gordon Ford College of Business at Western Kentucky University prepares future business leaders through innovative programs, experiential learning, and strong industry partnerships.
